Every human experiences the world differently. We are all neurodiverse.  Autism is defined by behaviours and communication differences that set individuals apart in social situations and in life.

Some, but not all of us, have challenges to traditional learning. Some, but not all, have mental wellness challenges. 

Some are highly independent, some need environmental adaptations to be successful, some of us require complex care and supports.

Autism Home Base members are adults (18+) across the spectrum and their family caregiver or advocate. Together, we socialize, get active, explore common interests, share resources, build lifelong friendships and create our best lives.
